The next 26 weeks will involve a lot of self-care and dedication to my health.
To Do:
- consume whole, nutrient-dense foods
- sleep at least 8 hrs./night
- practice yoga daily, even if it's for a total of 5 min.
- repeat positive declarations out loud while reviewing my dreams and goals
- spend time in prayer daily
- take dog walks several times/week
- spend quality time with friends and family each week
- health is wealth
- my body is a temple of the Holy Spirit
- I am fearfully and wonderfully made
- In Him I am strong
