26 Week Plan of Self-Care for Adrenal Health

Having been seeing an acupuncturist and knowing for quite some time that my body and emotions were "off", I've recently had test work come back indicating stage 3 adrenal fatigue. I will be following a treatment plan for the next 6 months before retesting my cortisol levels to assess my adrenal function.

The next 26 weeks will involve a lot of self-care and dedication to my health.

To Do:
  • consume whole, nutrient-dense foods
  • sleep at least 8 hrs./night
  • practice yoga daily, even if it's for a total of 5 min.
  • repeat positive declarations out loud while reviewing my dreams and goals
  • spend time in prayer daily
  • take dog walks several times/week
  • spend quality time with friends and family each week
Things to Remember:
  • health is wealth
  • my body is a temple of the Holy Spirit
  • I am fearfully and wonderfully made
  • In Him I am strong
I am dedicating this journey to God my Savior who has placed me here on this earth for a purpose.
